Job Description: Seeking a PLC/HMI Engineer - Bay Area CA

Job Information:
We currently have a unique niche position available in the San Francisco Bay Area for a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to focus on control system design, programming and commissioning. 
 
The ideal individual would have 3+ years of experience as a Control Systems Engineer with hands on abilities and experience with PLC and HMI programming. Additionally, and position requires strong working knowledge of industrial control system design including instrumentation, data communications, motor controls, and industrial electrical wiring practices. AutoCAD, Visual Basic, C++ and database programming experience is also desirable. 
 
Experience with Food, Beverage, Wastewater or SemiConductor projects a plus to consideration. 
 
Because the position requires extensive customer interaction through onsite and start up activities, the individual must also be able to handle some project 
management activities and possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. 
 
The employer is generally looking to pay anywhere from $55,000 to $75,000 (based on relevant qualifications and experience) for the position.
