Job Description: Providing the Arcom Sales Team with Windows CE Tech Support

Job Information:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Customer, Field, and Sales support. You will need to have practical experience of Windows CE operating system and electronic systems in order to understand the nature of the customer’s application. The position offers a rewarding combination of software and hardware support and provides an opportunity to work closely with the development team on product enhancements. You will work closely with the Sales department assisting in pre-sale support.
