About Sensoray

We're a leading designer and manufacturer of high-technology data acquisition, image processing and motion control board-level electronics of laboratory and industrial process control applications. Founded in 1979 and located in Oregon's "Silicon Forest", Sensoray prides itself on years of innovation, quality, and dedicated customer service.

Introduced in 1983, our Sensor Coprocessors combine a microprocessor, programmable excitation source and an analog to digital converter to become the first intelligent digitizer product for the STD, VME, and PC/104 bus architectures. Since its introduction, this product line has continually evolved to maintain "state-of-the-art performance" levels.

Our products can simultaneously integrate many types of sensors, including thermocouples, thermistors, resistors, RTD's, strain guages (for load cells and pressure transducers), DC voltage, current loops, encoders, solid state relay boards, and limit switches. All Sensoray board products receive extensive 100hrs burn-in testing prior to shipment.

Thousands of systems worldwide: Semi-conductor manufacturing, oven & soldering machines, chemical manufacturing, oil refining, pipeline pump stations, gas compressor stations, electrical power generation, materials testing, plating, printing, annealing, baking, drying, bottling, brewing, distilling, railroads, metal refining, space shuttle, assembly lines, automotive equipment, aeronautical applications, pulp & paper manufacturing, waste water treatment, photographic processing, injection molding, buoys, ships and submarines.

Model 7409TB Termination Board

The 7409TB provides an interface between sensor field wiring and any Sensory A/D. It simplifies field wiring by converting ribbon cable connections to screw terminals. A temperature sensor on the 7409TB supplies a ninth channel with the temperature of the cold end of thermocouples. Boards are interchangeable because each cold-junction is individually calibrated.

Model 7409TC Termination Board

The Model 7409TC is designed for panel mounting and provides an interface between field wiring and our smart sensor processors. They have removable screw terminal blocks, a temperature sensor, prototyping area, and an analog signal conditioning area.
