Subject: MPEG 2 video encoder / decoders

We are looking for an NTSC Capture with MPEG-2 encoder for PC104. 
 
We're currently working on a system requiring these encoders and decoders and a high speed processor in the PC104 format.  
 
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ASAP
