Subject: Looking for PCI TO PC104 riser card/specs

Hi, 
 
I have a PC104 DeviceNet comms card, that will be installed as part of an industrial controller. The software to initialise the card runs on Windows, but the industrial controller assembly uses its own RTOS, but has drivers to communicate with the comms card. 
 
Does anyone know where I might find a PCI bus PC104 riser card, so that I can insert the comms card in a normal PC in order to configure it? 
 
Failing that, where might I find some specs on the PC104 format so that I could build my own riser card?
